I have played soccer my whole life and have loved sports for as long as I can remember. After breaking my leg, then getting into a car accident 14 months later, my passion for fitness grew. Not able to maintain teenager physique and going through some major mental health issues, I decided to use fitness as an outlet for dealing with my struggles. Into college I decided to pursue a degree in exercise science with an emphasis in nutrition and sports performance and began weight-lifting. I played soccer throughout college, lifted weights consistently, took yoga classes, and began working at a chiropractor’s office. Gaining more knowledge and experience, I decided to train friends and family for weight loss, sport performance, and half-marathon training. The more I trained, the more experience I got, and the more classes I took, the more passionate about integrative health and wellness I got. I believe fitness and nutrition looks different for everyone and fitting it into your lifestyle and turning it into something you enjoy is important for enduring improvement.
After graduating I decided to turn my passion for helping people and fitness into a career and started personal training full-time.
